about

This is more than just a mere split album. Rather it is a collaboration. The idea for this came about due to a mutual respect and admiration among the two bands music and aesthetics.
The collaboration aspect entails Meghan from Crown of Asteria contributing additional vocals as well as Native American flute to the Canis Dirus material. And Todd from Canis Dirus contributing bass, vocals, mandolin and mixing duties for the Crown of Asteria material.
The title, A Harmonious Union of Vibration speaks not only to the melding of the two bands in musical form but also the fact they share an admiration for The Great Lakes areas in which they all reside.
